Box Size: 270mm x 150mm x 90mm

Middle Carton Size: 290mm x170mm x190mm

Big Carton Size: 600mm x 400mm x 500mm

One middle carton could put 2 boxes.

Plywood Case Size: as per the quantity of middle cartons,generally speaking,our standard plywood case could put 36 middle cartons.Standard plywood case size is 1000mm x640mm x870mm.

We will help customers to book ship,buy insurance,and any other export service,like third part inspection , product certification ,

certiticate of invoice , certificate of embassy ,help to do customs clearcance and some other servces as per customer's requirements.

Shipping Method: by sea,by air, by express,by truck

By sea: LCL,FCL

By Air: at least 45 kgs per unit,if the total weight is no more than 45kgs,for example,30kgs,the air freight will be charged as per 45 kgs.

By Express: DHL,UPS,TNT,FEDEX,CHINA POST,SF express.

Customs Clearcance

Before the products arrive in customer's distination port,we will provide bill of lading,commercial invoice,packing list,certificate of origin and other related documents for customers.

After-Sales Service

The warranty period is 18 months after shipment,during the warranty period,if the products have any problems when using,we will provide guide service,if the products are damaged or any other quality problems,we will promise to fix them,the customers need to undertake the air freight from customers' place to China,and we will undertake the air freight from China to customers' place.

A: For items if in stock, we can send out goods to you within 48 hours. For items not in stock, we need about 5-30 days to make it depend on your order quantity.

Q 6:What is your MOQ? Can I mix different styles to a start order?
A: Please tell us what products you need first.Like compression fittings, the MOQ is 10pcs.But we can provide any stock as samples for you to check the quality first.

Q 7:Why your price on website not the same as real price?
A: The price on the website is only for reference.

The size,material,quantity,surface treatment,working pressure,working temperature,exchange rate etc will affect the price.
The real price is floating, so prices are subject to our final confirmation.
